Posted by Kelly,

I have been seeing all these advertisements on Amazon promoting their newest device called the Kindle 2. I have earlier purchased a Nook around last year but I am currently having problems with regard to its functionality and use whenever I travel abroad. I came across a Kindle versus Nook discussion and now I am pretty convinced to buy the new Kindle 2 in order to upgrade my gadget and hopefully cater to my e-reading properly. If you are interested in looking into these kinds of devices, it may seem tempting to buy something endorsed by Barnes and Noble’s but you should take a look at the specific features before you buy your final decision.

Wow! Thanks for the information you guys! I have been looking into buying one of these two and somehow I gravitate towards the Kindle versus Nook discussion threads. I seriously thought they were all factual. Now I have to seriously rethink my ideas. Thanks!

I must agree with the above comment. I own a Nook on the contrary and I have nothing against the Kindle as a product but I too have found most of the discussions on products online are merely allegations of those who do not even own these gadgets.

I came across a Kindle versus Nook discussion too. I have a Kindle 2 and I have no problems with it because it seems to be very reliable however I have found to read that some of the information in those kinds of discussions are really unfounded.
