Are the phones in your office keeping your staff away from doing the things that need to be done? As a business grows, so does the need to screen phone calls. Short of hiring another staff member to take and direct calls, or to take messages, you might consider hiring a virtual phone receptionist service. For a fee much lower than hiring new staff, such a service will answer your calls from off premises and provide a live receptionist who may even be working from her own home. Computer switching systems will make it seem to the caller that they have reached your place of business. Your callers are then directed to a voicemail box or a message is taken
