For a few years now my mobility has been deterioting through no real fault of my own, but as a result of the slow proggresion on a horrible disease: Parkinsons disease. If you’re at all familiar with this ailment you’ll know how it causes “the shakes” with resulting unsteadiness. I was getting so bad I was becoming somewhat reclusive as I just was afraid to venture out as I couldn’t stay steady on my feet.
My dear wife, bless her soul presented me with a great gift, a folding mobility scooter. This little machine has enables us to enjoy what we used to do together, drives, eating out, short walks, travel etc.
The folding action makes it dead easy to transport, what a great invention.
