I am excited that my best friend just invested in her first place. She is a single mom and she works hard for her money. She told me that she feared that she could not find what she needed on her budget, but she did. I asked her how she managed it and she told me. She said that she researched and looked at HUD foreclosure homes. She is a smart woman and she purchased a wonderful three bedroom home. I am excited that she has a place to call home and that she is not paying rent anymore. That is great.
