My dad has been trying to watch his weight lately and asked for any input or advice from the family on good meal ideas that would help thin his waistline.  Two days ago we all took a few small pieces of paper and wrote an idea on each one.  Then we folded them up and put them inside a jar.  Each day he picks out three pieces of paper and plans out his meals for the next day.  If he likes the food after he tries it, he writes it down in his recipe book.  Last night he ate low fat Tofu Shirataki Noodles.  It is the first one he has written down in his book.
