The one problem that most people encounter is trying to find healthy diet food that they can continue to eat for sustained periods of time. Many people find one or two different healthy meals that they enjoy, but have difficult creating any sort of variety. They consistently eat the same few health food options, but eventually they get sick of eating the same things over and over again. A good idea is to have an assortment of diet food options so that you will get some variety in your diet and be able to continue your diet for much longer than you had imagined.
