Hemorrhoids, or sometimes referred to as piles, is a disorder which happens when a vein or veins in the anal area become inflamed. Sometimes these inflammations become ruptured and cause further infection. These inflammations are usually caused by too much pressure on the lower rectum which is usually brought about by constipation, diarrhea and sitting too long on the toilet.
When a person suffers hemorrhoids, they should ask for medical help. If the inflammations are not that serious, an over the counter cream, a suppository or an ointment will be enough to cure this. However, if it’s serious, sclerotheraphy is recommended. This is an endovenous treatment which is also used for spider vein. But as much as possible, if it can be helped, it would be a lot better to stick with suppositories which you pop into someone’s anal canal. Although there is treatment for hemorrhoids, it would still be better to kill things at the roots. The best would be to put a stop to what causes hemorrhoids.
