Scouring the internet or magazines you’ll more than likely find hundreds of effective ab exercises labeled “the best Abs exercise!” They may go on to description each exercise in detail with excellent content and images and maybe even videos clips of someone performing the exercises. With this you may then decided to practice these best abs exercises in the gym once or twice for a few weeks in the knowledge that you are doing the “Best Abs Exercises!” which should definitely get you a great set of Ripped Abs Right?! Err… Wrong I’m afraid! Now don’t get me wrong this abdominal exercise may well be the best abs exercises to develop and build muscle to the abs muscles but is this really what you want? I mean what is the point of building a set of great abs muscles for them to be only surrounded under a layer of subcutaneous (outer) midsection fat?
