My wife always tells me how unfair it is that I was able to drop so much weight so quickly and she struggles for weeks to lose 5. The truth is women and men are different, it is not a matter of fair and unfair. I rejoice for those differences, as I am sure most do! But, I only have about 10 to go and I am stuck. The scale is refusing to budge, and I think it is time to start going hard and heavy on Stamina Fitness Equipment. My wife deserves a fit husband, and I am determined to get there.
