In a bedroom, it is nice to step out of a warm bed onto a soft throw rug. They look wonderful in front of a fireplace, under a glass coffee table, or in an entranceway. Faux animal skins can be very realistic in appearance. Acrylic faux (fake) zebra rugs maintain the same animal shape as the real thing, with the added advantage of being hypoallergenic and washable. They are stain resistant, fire retardant,can be used in wet areas (like bathrooms), and come with a non-skid backing to stay easily in place on hard flooring. It is a perfect way to bring the natural look and feel of real fur to your home and not use animal products!
