One caution is that you may have to ensure that the locks are right for thickness of door as it varied in the older construction. When you go through selection process ensure that you take time & think through all items that have to get selected, let personal style & character come through as well as have fun! True door connoisseur knows some things speak more for taste as well as class in the home building than the French door hardware. The french doors add touch of elegance to any of the home design.
