On Tuesday night I drove up to Cedar City to look at a house with my friend Gerry who came with me. For the past few months we have been looking at some houses up there to buy as an investment. The house that we drove up to see was in so so shape. We noticed that some of the glass needed to be replaced and that some of the screens looked ripped too. The bathroom did have an Electric Power Shower and the kitchen was in good shape. I think that we will put in an offer to buy this house.
