The city of Birmingham has its downtown area at the intersection of Maple Road and Woodward Ave. Woodward Ave is one of the most historical roads in the state of Michigan. Most of the city of Birmingham is on the west side of Woodward Ave and the Houses For Sale In Birmingham MI that are on the west side are some of the most expensive in the state of Michigan. You can easily find a home priced in the 1 million dollar price range. On the east side of Woodward Ave you will find beautiful homes that are much more modestly priced.
