I am a busy single parent to three beautiful daughters, who are the center of my world. My main goal in life was to provide the best life I could give them. However, they were growing concerned with me, for I was burning the candle at both ends, with no time for exercise. My youngest daughter suggested that I get a Dual Action Exercise Bike. I took her advice, and bought one that evening. The four of us use it all the time, and love our time on it. We are all feeling and looking much better, with renewed energy as well.
